We were extremely impressed with the quality of our rooms and thought this hotel was excellent value for money. We would definitely use it again. The location was very convenient but not easy to find on our arrival which was late at night.

hotel confortable, très belle chambre, mais le personnel ne parle pas français. je conseille cet hotel pour son cadre et sa déco ainsi que pour sa propreté.

Our stay was great! Nicola and his staff provided excellent service. He was very helpful with directions around Venice and provided assistance for a trip to Murano. The facility is newly remodeled and was very clean and comfortable. We found it easily with the help of a map during the day. It is walking distance to all the major attractions and the vaporetto is easily accessible within a 5-minute walk. I would definitely stay here again.

Friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Lovely rooms (if you like the rococo style). Perfect location: very quiet, but within walking distance of most of the places you would most likely want to visit. The breakfasts are a bit unimagininative, but then the Italians don't really do breakfasts like us northeners! Altogether a most enjoyable stay -- highly recommended.

This is a charming family run hotel. The rooms and the common room are beautifully appointed. The staff extremely pleasant and helpful. It is exactly as pictured on the website. The only concern is that it is in a slightly desolate area and if you have a lot of luggage, can be difficult to get to. That being said, the staff came and met us when we got lost and helped us take our baggage to the hotel. Plus, you can reach St. Marks by foot from the hotel. It's a lovely hotel and a great value for the price.

What a great find! A small, charming hotel in a quiet, residential part of Venice. Very welcoming staff. We dropped off our bags, went for a cappuccino, and when we came back our bags were in the room. The room was lovely, a bit small but extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The Jacuzzi shower was a highlight of our trip. All the major sites are within easy reach and yet the hotel is located in a very quiet area. We would definitely stay there again.

Very nice hotel, and the staff did their very best to make our stay unforgetable. The room was very small, but that is the fact in many hotels in Venice. The bathroom was excellent. I will definetely come back!

Excellent value - we had an added bonus in being offered (at no extra cost) an apartment, which was lovely. Only problem was the mosquitos - bring some protection, I didn't. Breakfast was good, but fresh croissants would be better! Overall a lovely hotel, very close to the centre, but quiet & good value. Would definately recommend.

A good, clean and architecturally interesting building with welcoming staff. Situated away from the main tourist centre so captures the real feel of Venice without the hoards of tourists. The main sights are still within easy reach by foot. Definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Venice

Beautiful room, excellent bath. Our only complaint was with the surly man who worked in the late evening. He was very disagreeable when we asked to borrow an umbrella, and he was equally unwelcoming when we rang the bell to be let in in the evening(at 21:30). Otherwise, our stay was perfect.

This is an excellent, beautifully decorated small hotel in a converted palazzo. The hotel is decorated throughout in a pleasing recreation of the style of 18th century Venice. A quiet location in Dorsoduro but near the Accademia and superb restaurants, the swish Il Gondolieri and the hearty (but cheaper) Taverna San Trovaso. Our room was huge, well appointed, had a nice bathroom and, that rarest of things in Venice, a view of a garden. Staff were friendly and helpful. At £400 for 5 nights for such good quality accommodation in a central location its about as good value as its possible to get in Venice. I would definitely stay again and have recommended it to family and friends.

A beautiful guest house in a convenient yet quiet part of Venice. Good value in an expensive city. Only complaint was the air conditioning in our room was poor and fairly ineffective. We opened the window one evening and as a result had several mosquito bites! Overall this was a good place to stay and I would happily reccommend it to anyone

a friend of mine from the states and I came to Venice on a girls weekend and we were very impressed with our stay at the Ca' del Brocchi. We arrived a bit early and the very helpful (and not to mention quite attractive) staff had no problem taking our luggage early so we could start to explore. The only thing we weren't expecting at check in was the fact our passport info was needed (and kept by the front desk to fill in info while we unpacked) and then we had to hand in our room key when we left the building (which turned out to be a good thing since the keyring is so heavy). The rooms were fantastic and very quiet as the b&b is in a somewhat residential part of Venice but still only a few minute walk to the Accademia bridge and the waterbus. I couldn't have asked for a better location for the price! The jacuzzi shower in our room was awesome after a long day of siteseeing but we too had a problem with the lack of cold water... After spending 2 nights here we had to leave (unfortunatly) but the staff again being very helpful and handsome agreed to keep our luggage for the day so we could see more of Venice before our flight back to London... When I come back to Venice, I'm going to stay here again! It was an excellant choice!

A fantastic little hotel. The staff were amazingly friendly, the room was spotlessly clean & quiet & they do a good capuccino. I shall definitely be staying there again. Make sure you take a map of the location of the hotel though, because without it it would be quite difficult to find.

We can warmly recommend this place. It's very quiet and close to the Peggy Guggenheim museum and to the Academia Gallery. We really feel welcomed.
